Consultants' Profile



Andrew Shea is a learning and development consultant and an executive coach. His education and experience have equipped him to address all areas of behaviour change.  His preferred focus is Human Resource Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Coaching and Assessment of talent within organizations. He regularly contributes to international conferences on best practice within Human Resources.  He started his career 20 years ago in BMW where he worked in HR on new factory start-ups in Germany, the USA and the UK.  His role was to create best practice HR systems so that new factories could increase their efficiency. Later he moved to Vodafone where he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Team.  He was deployed to Germany, Japan, the USA and Turkey.  His role was to set up the required HR systems and train local HR directors to be successful members of Vodafone Group.  He has worked extensively at a strategic level and has an excellent track record of success.
