Bill Whitehead
Bill Whitehead has 25 years’ experience in human resource management including being Head of HR for three different European banks in the City of London. Bill has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge relationships at all levels. Bill's previous experiences have enhanced his creative, persuasive and analytical skills. Bill has the ability to work closely with senior executives, utilising highly effective influencing, coaching, controlling and motivational skills.
Bill has extensive experience of change management, executive coaching, both remedial and developmental, and strategic HR issues including performance management, downsizing and compensation and benefits.
Bill was most recently Director/COO, Corporate Banking, Commerzbank and played a leading role in the integration of Dresdner Bank. Prior to his positions at Commerzbank, Bill was Head of Personnel at Sanpaolo Bank and Personnel Manager at Abbey National Building Society.
Bill as a BA in law and an M.I.P.D. Bill is also Chairman of the Trustees of the Commerzbank Pension Scheme and a Member of the Advisory Board of the European College of Business and Management.
