Consultants' Profile

Bronach Crawley

Dr Bronach Crawley is a Chartered Psychologist, qualified in Clinical Psychology. For the first six years of her career, she combined roles as a practitioner in the health service and as a university lecturer. Having been exposed to the impact of team development and organisational change in the public sector, she then retrained in occupational psychology and has since worked in commercial organisations.

Her approach is pragmatic and business driven with a clear objective to provide benefit for the individual and the sponsoring organisation. She coaches individuals across a wide range of presenting issues from providing support and development during periods of major transition to helping individuals overcome specific performance issues.

Bronach also offers coaching for groups or teams and, when circumstances make traditional coaching difficult to carry out, 'distance coaching'.
