Consultants' Profile

Charlie specialises in communication skills training. He practised at the Bar for four years before becoming a professional actor in 1990. Charlie’s acting career started with the prestigious Carleton Hobbes BBC Radio Drama award, after which he went on to perform with the Royal Shakespeare Company, in the West End, and on TV in everything from classic drama to soap.

He works with a diverse range of both global and UK businesses, with a particular focus on the financial and legal sectors. His clients range across all levels of management from the most senior, to up and coming fast trackers. The work includes building rapport, listening/empathy, memorable and compelling content, personal impact, confidence and building powerful trusted relationships. Charlie is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
