Consultants' Profile 

Corinna has over 20 years’ senior management experience in the business to business and professional services sectors.  She began her commercial career in recruitment, setting up and running a successful City recruitment business, part of a management consultancy.

Corinna advises businesses going through change, for example, expansion into overseas markets, merger, post merger integration, restructuring and brand development.  She has worked on nine combinations in the US, UK and Continental Europe, often as part of the core negotiation team. Corinna has managed large, multidisciplinary teams, developing talent and aligning resources to deliver competitive advantage.

Prior to her consultancy career, Corinna led business development activities for UK, international and global firms, including as Director of Business Development with Baker & McKenzie and Director of Communications and Marketing with Bird & Bird. During nine years as an independent consultant, Corinna has provided strategic commercial advice to leading firms on client and business development, communications and reputation management. Her assignments include Clyde & Co, Savills plc, SNR Denton and DLA Piper.
