Debra is a highly talented coach who specialises in psychological profiling and the provision of practical support to enable leaders to optimise their performance in today’s pressurised business world. Debra’s unique and highly effective strategies achieve major shifts in terms of leadership energy, focus, effectiveness and confidence. 

Having spent twenty years in the arena of growth and development, operational at directorial level and as a consultant in private practice, Debra now operates mainly in the corporate sector specialising in emotional and inter personal communications, including social conflict resolution and generic and person specific stress management. Upgrading baseline coping mechanisms to something more effortless; and taking into account the effects of long term stress on the body,  mind and relationships; working both with groups of delegates and in dynamic one to one consultations.

The primary focus of Debra's approach is relationship with self and the consequential eradication of limiting beliefs. She is a toolbox of diverse communication skills and established techniques. Moving forward in a client led partnership, with a view to holistic well being, Debra's unique and highly effective strategies take into account both conscious and sub conscious perspectives, enabling access to better decision making strategies, future orientation and outcomes and unlocking potential.
