Ellen Fletcher
Ellen is an experienced Occupational Psychologist who has held senior positions in two of the UK’s leading psychology consultancies and psychometric test publishers.
Ellen's main passions lie in the fields of individual, team and organisational coaching, development and training. As a Master Practitioner of Neuro - Linguistic Programming (NLP) she is fully committed to the belief that there is no such thing as 'impossible' and that having a positive belief leads to a successful outcome. Ellen is also an experienced assessor, has contributed to the British Psychological Society Steering Committee on Assessment Centre Standards and designed, delivered and managed accreditation training for over 500 assessors.
