Ginny Kidd

Ginny offers a combination of solid business background and extensive experience, training and accreditation in the field of personal and professional development. She works with senior executives and their teams, frequently in the financial services and professional services sectors.

Ginny has acquired professional accreditation through Tavistock Consultancy Services and has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies. Ginny is a specialist in Leadership Coaching and Transition Coaching, aiding executives on a number of levels.

Ginny's first career, in the City of London as a stockbroker and investment banker, led her to develop both a sound understanding of the international financial markets and passion for helping people to become more effective leaders.

Ginny Kidd is best known for her work to design a coaching competency framework for Egon Zehnder International.
