Helen Michaels

Helen has a wealth of hands on commercial experience from working with FTSE 100 companies and SME's. She is a highly regarded executive coach and consultant, specialising in working with board members, senior executives and has a particular knack for inspiring "high potentials".

Helen began her career in accountancy before joining British Airways where she quickly progressed to leading large teams through privatisation and periods of significant business change. Her executive development continued with senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Monarch Airlines to further broaden her functional leadership experience covering Customer Service, HR, Marketing and Operations. This enables Helen to bring a richness and depth of ideas and knowledge to her coaching and consulting relationships.

With a reputation as a sensitive yet forthright leader, Helen offers an excellent understanding of what makes people "tick" to help them fulfil personal and business goals and retain a healthy work life balance.

Her experience is underpinned by a business degree from Warwick University and executive programmes from INSEAD and the Institute for Applied Behavioural Science (USA). She is a Qualified Practitioner of Psychometric Testing (OPP & Saville Consulting) and a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
