Kathryn Wainwright
Kathryn Wainwright has over twenty years experience in Human Resources at Barclays plc, Accenture, Cable & Wireless as well as in start-ups and recruitment consultancy. Her area of HR expertise is in talent management, leadership assessment & profiling, coaching, hiring and individual & team development. Kathryn has worked across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia.
Kathryn partners with clients to create and support talent initiatives linked to business strategy with a focus on driving change within organisations to improve business performance, enhance cultural transformation and strengthen performance & growth for employees. Clients hire Kathryn to deliver in-depth leadership assessment& profiling, individual & corporate culture assessments, team effectiveness & development, leadership and behaviour coaching.
Kathryn has trained with numerous international coaching schools. She is a master practitioner in NLP and an Associate of the International Coaching Federation and Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and also a member of the Institute of Directors. Kathryn is a graduate in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
