Lawrie Philpott
Lawrie Philpott, formerly head of Coopers & Lybrand’s UK Human Resource Advisory Group, is a human resource, change management and organisation consultant with over 25 years' experience in the UK and internationally in both the public and private sectors.
His consulting experience includes management development and training, employee communications, performance management, pay and benefits, executive assessment and human resource function effectiveness.
Lawrie is a highly experienced facilitator who regularly works with individuals and groups of senior executives to promote individual and team performance. He is also a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited mediator.
