Maeve is a specialist in commercial leadership, business development and client relationship management. She is an effective leader of teams, projects and change programmes and has demonstrated this across a wide range of organisations.

She has particular expertise in developing sales and client management strategies and everything associated to make them effective. She understands organisational structures, business culture and staff motivation requirements. She is able to harness this corporate potential and assist her clients to develop and improve their client management approaches as a way to achieve long term commercial advantage.  
 
Renowned for her ability to spot opportunities (or blockages), produce workable solutions and make things happen, Maeve works with individuals and teams - applying a mixture of commercial leadership, energy, purpose, empathy and humour.
 
Maeve’s commercial ‘pedigree’ comes by way of 20+ years experience from the service sector, business support sector and professional service firms in director level roles.
