Martin Lawless 

Martin has over twenty years experience in senior Executive Search. He has a further ten years' consultancy experience, initially in the field of personality assessment. He has completed assignments across Europe, Middle East and North America.

Martin was initially with Mercuri Urval, an international human resources consultancy, before joining management-consultancy firm Ernst & Young as a senior consultant. He started to specialise in Executive Search in 1990.

After gaining his early experience across a diverse range of industry sectors Martin has specialised in recent years in technology, consulting and other professional services. He has conducted successful search assignments at CEO, divisional general management, functional head and other leadership roles. In addition to his experience, Martin brings an unparalleled commitment to every search engagement he accepts and as a result builds effective long-term client-consultant partnerships.

Clients have included major Technology and Professional Services industry names, such as IBM, CSC, EDS, Hewlett Packard, Apple, PwC, Towers Perrin, Capgemini, ING and GVA Grimley, together with a range of smaller fast growth companies.
