Mike Taylor
Mike has 15 years Board / Executive experience gained in large international organisations in UK and mainland Europe. He has a track record in business transformation, growing profits and operational delivery sustainably across four different financial services markets.
He was a Managing Director in Euroclear Group based in Brussels running their banking services globally until 2005, and prior to that was Chief Operating Officer both at CrestCo and Lombard Bank in London and Group Treasurer for Lombard North PLC. Mike is well versed in Mergers and Acquisitions, and gained a reputation as a highly effective Change leader, creating value in turnaround to rapid business growth successes.
Raising business performance is at the core of Mikes coaching practice, both for directors individually and Boards / top teams collectively. Since 2005, Mike has worked with senior leaders of blue chip UK / mainland European organisations undertaking both Coaching and Advisory assignments. This mix of experience, and a strong focus on results, has helped clients deliver transformational change in a lasting way, which has been recognised in two legal industry awards in 2008 and 2010.
Mike is an Advisory Board Member of the European coaching industry body, EMCC. He is a qualified Coach, Banker and Treasurer and, in 2009, he became one of the first group of 15 Coaches in Europe to achieve EMCC's European Individual Accreditation, as a Senior Practitioner.
