- Coaching has to be anchored in strong processes, delivered by highly experienced business-driven coaches
- We believe in being rigorously clear as to what is ‘the leader’s work’
- We focus on management development, raising performance, self-knowledge and confidence
- We take the view that, for coaching to work well, the coach has to be crystal clear and 100% honest in giving feedback
- Each client executive has a ‘core coach’ – supported by ‘specialist coaches’ as required
- Our coaching approach is normally delivered over a period of a year
- After that, our clients tend to keep in touch - and use us to coach them as specific issues arise
