• Discussion, ‘reading-in’ and strategic/operational understanding of the organisation and the issues it faces
• In consultation with the client, we agree rigorous, tight definitions of the issues to be tackled
• Design of the agenda/programme for the meeting and all supporting material
• Facilitation of the event itself
• After the event we document the outcome; and meet the team leader for evaluation and follow-through
• Success = a group of people who have gone farther, faster and more effectively than without the facilitation process
