Leadership Team Building

  • Philpott Black coaches leadership teams. Our objective is stronger teamwork, higher performance, a happier organisation - making more profit
  • We start with a face-to-face discussion with the team leader to review strategic and operational plans, business data, staff surveys etc
  • We see each member of the team in order to understand, non-attributably, the full range of business, functional and personal perspectives
  • We design objectives and a workshop programme and agree this with the team leader
  • We hold the event offsite for 24 hours
  • After the event we document the decisions; and we meet the team leader to evaluate the outcome and ensure follow-through
  • In order to make real progress over the longer term we typically run these workshops every four months
  • Our client case studies demonstrate real team development and bottom line success
