Peter has worked extensively as a leadership and organisation development consultant in the UK and internationally, advising commercial and public sector organisations on leadership and team development, change management, culture and strategy.
He first got interested in leadership and organisations at the University of Cambridge, and has since held senior positions in the technology and education sectors.
He has cultivated an enterprising approach from working on business development initiatives and corporate transactions with stakeholders at major financial institutions, and has also met the challenges of people management in large public sector organisations. An experienced facilitator and communicator, Peter's methodology is both commercially pragmatic and informed by his postgraduate studies in systems psychology.

David Bainton
David Bainton has over 20 years experience as a consultant specialising in Change Management and Business Performance Improvement.
He is passionate about creating sustainable change and works with senior executives and their teams to design and implement their business agendas. He has developed a process for restructuring overhead and support costs which improves internal capability and identifies high potential future executives.
He has also led major programmes to assess and develop leadership capability in Blue Chip clients, most notably improving the ability of managers to have effective performance conversations. David spent 10 years in General Management with profit responsibility and in Human Resources prior to becoming a consultant working with Ford, Exxon and Pilkington Glass.

Debra Bradley
Debra is a highly talented coach who specialises in psychological profiling and the provision of practical support to enable leaders to optimise their performance in today’s pressurised business world. Debra’s unique and highly effective strategies achieve major shifts in terms of leadership energy, focus, effectiveness and confidence.
Having spent twenty years in the arena of growth and development, operating at director level and as a consultant in private practice, Debra now operates mainly in the corporate sector specialising in emotional and interpersonal communications, including social conflict resolution and generic and person-specific stress management. Upgrading baseline coping mechanisms to something more effortless; and taking into account the effects of long term stress on the body, mind and relationships; working both with groups of delegates and in dynamic one to one consultations.

James Cameron
James has more than twenty years experience working as a reporter, news editor and producer of news and current affairs documentary programmes for both television and radio.
For the past seven years he has worked as a freelance media trainer and has helped a wide variety of corporate clients with their media interviewing and presentation skills. James has also run a variety of courses for BBC Training & Development including sessions on news packaging, documentary making, website production, and media law.
He continues to make television programmes for the BBC and has recently won two Royal Television Society Awards and a Prix Circom documentary award. Three of his other programmes have received RTS award nominations.
Mary Cantacuzène
Mary has been a psychodynamic therapist since 1988 and now specialises in 'Brief Focal Therapy'.

Rod Chamberlain
Rod has been an executive coach and career guidance consultant since 2000. He has worked with several hundred senior executives and professionals from a wide range of industries, sectors and countries as they have worked their way through significant career change.
Rod’s earlier executive career was as an international banker. He has held Executive Committee or local Board roles in investment, corporate and retail banks and securities firms owned by shareholder organisations of 11 different nationalities. His Board experience spans 25 years and five countries, with advisory and non-executive roles in the commercial, not-for-profit and voluntary sectors.
Rod holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an MA in Economics from Cambridge University. More recently he has acquired a Certificate in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society and passed the Islamic Finance Qualification. He has lived, to work or study, in Germany, France, Australia and on both coasts of the USA. He is fluent in German and French, with smatterings of other languages.
Roger Cooke
Roger advises the boards and senior managements of private, public and non-profit sector organisations in the UK and internationally.
On obtaining a master’s degree in business administration at Wharton Roger joined the consultancy side of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he held national and international management and leadership roles including running the consulting groups for:
· organisation and human resources;
· strategy, marketing and privatisations, and
· public sector management.
He also had global responsibility for organisational and human resource services to the government, education, posts and transportation industries. He led the development of the firm's global change management service methodology.
In 2001 Roger joined an economic and management consulting firm, Oxford Policy Management (a spin-off from the University of Oxford) as managing director, a post he held successfully for over seven years. His career now involves both management consulting work and serving as a trustee and board member of charities.
Roger’s advisory work for clients focuses on organisational restructuring and the development and motivation of people to help organisations and their boards through periods of major change, e.g. in the context of corporate transformation, privatisation, regulatory change and public sector reform.
Bronach Crawley
Dr Bronach Crawley is a Chartered Psychologist, qualified in Clinical Psychology. For the first six years of her career, she combined roles as a practitioner in the health service and as a university lecturer.
Having been exposed to the impact of team development and organisational change in the public sector, she then retrained in occupational psychology and has since worked in commercial organisations.
Her approach is pragmatic and business-driven with a clear objective to provide benefit for the individual and the sponsoring organisation. She coaches individuals across a wide range of presenting issues from providing support and development during periods of major transition to helping individuals overcome specific performance issues.
Bronach also offers coaching for groups or teams and, when circumstances make traditional coaching difficult to carry out, 'distance coaching'.
Oliver Edwards
Oliver has over twenty years’ experience in international reward having led the reward function in a number of global companies, advising both management and Remuneration Committees.
He has worked in multiple sectors including financial services, retail, IT and engineering. This enables him, when working with clients, to draw on cross-sector experience to define and focus their reward strategy and practices to support the delivery of their corporate objectives.
His work covers executive reward and also the wider aspects of compensation and benefits including employee recognition versus incentives, pensions and benefits, mobility and career development.
Amanda Goss
Amanda started her career in fashion shortly after leaving St. Martins and has worked amongst style and business individuals ever since.
She strongly believes that there is a significant correlation between the ways in which individuals present themselves and success - and boasts a very high achievement rate amongst her clients.
Amanda is fascinated with impression management and non-verbal communication. Her professional outlook developed after much research and study, which she now brings to all areas of her work. Sarah Hardman
Described by her coaching clients as warm, insightful, direct and fun, Sarah is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Facilitator and Team Coach.
Tailoring her approach to each person, she works with senior executives and professionals new to leadership positions to help them capitalise on their strengths and ground themselves in their convictions so that they can lead confidently and thrive in challenging roles.
Core to Sarah’s way of working is tapping into the client’s innate capacities; she helps them to identify the fresh perspectives that will enable them to navigate the limiting beliefs that may have been holding them back so that they can be at their best and lead authentically.

Stephanie was a presenter with the BBC for eighteen years, communicating her insights and passions from the most intimate radio programmes to flag-waving international broadcasts.
Her numerous high profile shows included the First and Last Nights of the BBC Proms, BBC Young Musician of the Year and Songs of Praise. Her BBC Radio 3 programmes covered most of the day, from breakfast time ‘On Air’, mid-morning ‘Masterworks’, lunch times at ‘Wigmore Hall’, to evening concerts and opera broadcasts.
Stephanie is also a qualified psychotherapist, helping those in the corporate world who are feeling stressed or anxious, or who get particularly nervous about public speaking

Helen Michaels
Helen has a wealth of hands-on commercial experience from working with FTSE 100 companies and SME's. She is a highly regarded executive coach and consultant, specialising in working with board members, senior executives and has a particular knack for inspiring "high potentials".
Helen began her career in accountancy before joining British Airways where she quickly progressed to leading large teams through privatisation and periods of significant business change. Lawrie Philpott
Lawrie Philpott, formerly head of Coopers & Lybrand’s UK Human Resource Advisory Group, is a human resource, change management and organisation consultant with over 25 years' experience in the UK and internationally in both the public and private sectors.

Richard Price
Richard spent his entire working life as a lawyer specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions at the leading London Law Firm CMS Cameron McKenna.
From 2001-2010 he was Senior Partner of the Firm and Chairman of the Board. He also sat on the Supervisory Board of CMS international – Europe’s largest legal services business.
In his role as Senior Partner to over 200 partners spread throughout Europe, Richard quickly came to appreciate the immense added value that coaching and mentoring could bring - in terms of improving partners’ performance and their sense of wellbeing.
Richard graduated from the Meyler Campbell coaching programme. His core focus is working with individuals who have assumed new leadership roles and responsibilities; and with management, practice and sector teams who need to optimise performance and results.

John Scott
30 years as an HR practitioner and consultant have given John significant direct experience of employee, shareholder and boardroom issues, and of the complexities of managing large teams.

Andrew Shea
Andrew Shea is a learning and development consultant and an executive coach. His education and experience have equipped him to address all areas of behaviour change.

He started his career 20 years ago in BMW where he worked in HR on new factory start-ups in Germany, the USA and the UK. His role was to create best practice HR systems so that new factories could increase their efficiency. Later he moved to Vodafone where he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Team. He was deployed to Germany, Japan, the USA and Turkey.

Charlie Simpson
Charlie specialises in communication skills training. He practised at the Bar for four years before becoming a professional actor in 1990.
Charlie’s acting career started with the prestigious Carleton Hobbes BBC Radio Drama award, after which he went on to perform with the Royal Shakespeare Company, in the West End, and on TV in everything from classic drama to soap.
He works with a diverse range of both global and UK businesses, with a particular focus on the financial and legal sectors. His clients range across all levels of management from the most senior, to up and coming fast trackers. Dr. Daksha Hirani
Daksha is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in a range of international settings, including developing and running her own practice.
